~~NEWS~~

May 29 --> I'm in Peak hours now, which means wonky late hours for a few weeks (2-11pm), but I'll be able to get work done in the mornings.  Today, I worked on Lily - sewed her feet, and the Fierce Deities: made adjustments to their tunics.  Also went shopping for some more foam for the Pony Project, cupcake boxes to store Pony ears, box of thread, felt, paint, and 3d paint.

May 28 --> PONY PROJECT REOPENED: Rush order on three pony ears, tried to make another set of wings, but EVERYTHING was closed...going to the store today and will ship the wings out separately.

May 27 --> Painted black leggings, sleeves, and neck, and sewed tunics for the FDs.  Sewed Lily's body suit.

May 26 --> Painted flesh tones for two Fierce Deities and Lily.  Photoshoot for the Whimsical Witch.

May 25 --> I made a Macro Photo Studio out of a moving box, so now I'll be able to take more professional looking pictures, instead of doing photo shoots on the back of my toilet (where I had the most light at my old place)

Also, I finished the Whimsical Witch!  As you know, I was making two at the same time, they both look great!  One is going to my lovely cousin and other will be auctioned at CTCon!

Working on Lily, Fierce Deity, Pony Ears, and various other CTCon prep projects!

May 24 --> Finished Poof!  All three Fairly Odd Parents are done now!  They're...weird!  Cut out pony ears from the scraps of foam I have - thought I might sell some at CTCon - would people be interested in a pair of pony ears?  Also worked on the final detail of the Whimsical Witch.

May 23 --> Worked on Poof - sewed body and arms and legs, crown, and stitched hair swirl and pajama detail.  Started to sew the pieces together, but forgot to do his wings - doing that tonight.

May 23 --> Couldn't work on anything last night - debilitating migraine...But today, I ordered more business cards and ordered electricity for CTCon!

May 21 --> Drew up the plans and patters for Poof, and did some MUCH needed sewing machine maintenance.  Poor machine - I didn't know!  But now it's dust free, has a new needle, and is freshly oiled.  Not bad for a 40 year old machine...^__^;;

May 20 --> Wanda is COMPLETE!

May 20 --> Pony Project is COMPLETE!  "Yay!"

May 16 --> Fairly Odd Parents: stuffed and sewed Wanda and worked on her wings.  Almost done - just have to sew her hair swirls and give her eyes.

May 15 --> Fairly Odd Parents: finished sewing Wanda's front and back pieces.  Next - sewing the pieces together by hand.

May 14 --> Fairly OddParents: started work on Wanda, cut out the fleece pieces and sewed the front and back of her body.

May 10 --> Pony Project: worked on Rainbow Dash wings - have to buy white elastic for both sets.

May 9 --> Pony Project: worked on Fluttershy wings, just have to attach the elastics.  They look great!

May 7-8 --> Worked on Cosmo - stuffed and sewed him - he's...a little odd.  But for a first time, not bad!  I put up some non-official pictures on my Facebook page.  Let me know what you think!

May 6 -->

Whimsical Witch: made hair for the second plushie

Fairly OddParents: After some struggle, I've managed to create the front and back of Cosmo - just have to sew the two parts together by hand, don't think I can manage it on the sewing machine, turn him right side out, and stuff him!  

May 4 --> Bought supplies for the Fairly OddParents and started work on Cosmo.

May 3 --> Busy day!  

PROJECT PROGRESS:
Whimsical Witch Plushie: made one yarn wig and attached it to one of the plushies - she has hair for miles!  Looks great!  Waiting on confirmation of what MacKenzie wants for her plushie's hair.  

Pony Project: Revised wings approved!

Fairly Oddparents: (special request) Going to JoAnn's after work on Friday to look at fleece options.

CTCON: Artist Colony Registration is complete!

May 3 -->  CTCON is in the bag!!  I will be there for another year!  YAAAAY!!
